    i got to here from the link you put on your deviantart page. i have you on my watchlist there cuz i think your art is beautiful and sincere. i sometimes also have anxiety attacks, though not as severe. perhaps what you can first do about them is to refute that you have a problem. it seems you have anxiety over your having anxiety. just accept that it's part of you somehow and that there are many ways you can deal with it. practically speaking, you can just try to avoid situations that are likely to cause your anxiety. so dont try another starbucks-type job, but consider a job at a library or research, for instance. use ur photography and creative activity to diminish the pressure.

    look out for other patterns regarding what causes your anxiety, and try to shape your environment in a way that suits you the way you are.

    this is my personal opinion here, i am not an expert, just speaking out of what seems to me common sense. i dont think you are sick or that anything is wrong with you. thats why pills dont help. its normal that people are different on that aspect. even if you might not know anyone who is like you, that doesnt mean there arent people who have to deal with it every day. and so you can. i hope these words make sense to you.

    it is always good to try new things, you never know what may help.
    you may not figure it out now, but eventually you might come to some resolutions.
